Cody and Thomas are the epitome of what true customer service is. I had a Coyote Pellet Grill installed with my build a few months back, but the internal temps never met the set temps. After getting the run around from them when addressing this issue, I contacted MCM. They did not hesitate to come out to help troubleshoot the issue. Cody and Thomas were able to fix the issue with a new control board and test it out all within 30-45 min. MCM’s customer satisfaction is leagues better than what a multimillion dollar company like Coyote Outdoor Living’s is.

The process started with a quote/competitive bid from Isaac, the field salesman, who by the way was exceptional in capturing all of our needs for our backyard project. From there, the team worked closely with my local HOA/City in coming up with a structure that would complete our backyard needs. The project management team, led by Berto was timely and professional in handling the adjustments and leading the crew throughout the process. The team overall was first class, not to mention, their attention to details showed up throughout each step. We couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome of the project. The craftsmanship and completed work was exceptional.

I wanted to share my experience in getting a quote from Cody. While I haven't yet moved in on the project, he spent a good hour at the site coming up with alternative options that could fit with the budget I had in mind. It turns out I was a little "blue sky" with my initial plan, but he's given me some ideas that are more down to earth, and while I am going to pause and work a temporary solution so that I can at least get my room in use, I'll be back in a year or so to see if we can do some upgrades.

The process of getting an initial project scope over the phone was easy and really pleasant with MCM's phone team. They immediately sent date and time confirmation for a more in depth phone consult with Cody and then again for an in person site review. All of this was handled extremely professional, and done with an eye to finding me a solution. I never felt pressured to go in one direction or the other...rather, Cody opened my eyes to ideas I hadn't even considered, and I really feel like he's the right guy to go to when the time comes to move my space from level 1 to level 11.
